Please note: ALL EVENING SEMINARS, BUSINESS MEETINGS AND SOCIAL EVENTS WILL BE HELD AT THE HILTON HOTEL. Daytime seminars will take place at the College of Veterinary Medicine on the Texas A&M campus. Shuttle service will be available between the College and the hotel during daytime seminar hours.
It is imperative hotel reservations be made at the Hilton and by the designated deadline. TVMA is contractually obligated to sell a certain number of rooms at the Hilton. Even if those rooms are not sold, TVMA is responsible to pay for them. Please consider this fact when making your plans for the annual conference.
