I would like to take this opportunity to extend my personal invitation to each of you to attend the benefit on April 4, 2009 at the Brazos County Expo Complex. If you have not already done so, please RSVP for this special event. Thanks to overwhelming support from our corporate sponsors, parents, friends and family, we awarded four $2,500 scholarships at our April 5, 2008 auction - one to a first year student, one to a second year student and two to third year students.
Our 2008 scholarship recipients were: Cynthia Robinson, Dona "Christine" Prior, Sara Churgin and Melissa Grimes. As of this April, we will have awarded $50,000 in veterinary medical scholarships and endowed hundreds of thousands more in our scholarship fund. We are elated with the level of success we have achieved and hope to exceed this in 2009.

Income generated will enhance the "Gentle Doctor Educational Program"—a program established to provide support to veterinary medical student education.
