TVMA is working to enhance communication between member-veterinarians across the state and to provide services that will improve their professional lives. Current members receive a wide variety of benefits, including assistance on legal and regulatory concerns, quality CE programs, and subscriptions to the Texas Veterinarian and the e-FYI newsletter—publications that will keep you informed about the latest veterinary news in Texas.

Add Externships:
Our externship feature allows veterinarians to post externship openings in their clinics. Students can search potential positions based upon interest, location and dates as well as other details. Based upon the information provided, students and veterinarians can find the help they are looking for. Your information will expire after 90 days.
Products:
Members can order animal health certificates, drug inventory books, and written and audiovisual materials for educating clients from the TVMA office.
Practice Tools:
The Practice Tools area of the TVMA web site serves as a valuable resource to our members, primarily by providing a variety of documents that may be used in their practices.
Local VMA listings:
A list of statewide VMAs, along with current contact information for each association.
Locate a relief veterinarian:
Our search feature allows you to locate relief veterinarians around the state.

Vet Students:
Texas Veterinary Medical Association welcomes and encourages student involvement within the organization. This site is one of many opportunities that TVMA provides as a means for students to network with practitioners in the field, as well as one another.
