ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS 02/14/14

Please note a complete set of conference proceedings papers are included in all conference registration fees with the exception of the USDA Modules. Notes for the USDA sessions will be provided in seminars. Conference registrants will be allowed to downloaded proceedings papers directly from the TVMA website. Hardcopy proceedings books will be available for pre-purchase for $40 while quantities last. 

Cancellation of registration and/or social events must be made in writing by fax (512/452-6633), email (eforsythe@tvma.org) or received by mail no later than Friday, February 14, 2014.  A $30 handling fee will be charged for all cancellations. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REGISTRATIONS TO BE TAKEN BY PHONE. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the February 14, 2014 deadline.
