Veterinary Anesthesia Monitoring 101 Workshop

The Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA) will be offering the Anesthesia Monitoring 101 workshop on Sunday, March 22, from 8 a.m. to noon at the TVMA office in Austin. This workshop is designed for veterinary assistants and technicians and will count as four hours of continuing education (CE).

Jackie Medina, LVT, VTS (Neurology), from MissionVet Specialty and Emergency will conduct a presentation on:

· Anesthesia monitoring techniques

· How different anesthetics are monitored and what to look out for

· Proper care of anesthetic equipment

The cost for this workshop is $145 for applicants with a TVMA member in their hospital and $165 for non-member hospitals. This workshop is a very popular event, and seating is limited, so register now!
