TVMA Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall
5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Join us in the exhibit hall Friday evening to catch up with friends and colleagues, mingle (at a safe distance) with exhibitors and win fabulous prizes by participating in our passport program. This upbeat reception provides dedicated time to check out exhibiting companies all while recharging your batteries with light snacks and adult beverages before you head to dinner with friends or to the many great nighttime activities offered in The Woodlands. The welcome reception is open to all fully registered attendees and their guests.
Cost: This event is complimentary to all individuals registered for the annual conference. You must have a name badge to enter the hall.

Saturday, March 6

TVMA Awards and Installation Reception
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Members and guests are invited to honor extraordinary veterinarians who serve the profession through leadership and service in TVMA and their communities in a reception-style ceremony. All conference registrants are welcome to attend to have the opportunity to honor our Practitioner of the Year award winners. Several Heritage Award-winning clinics will be given special acknowledgement as well. AVMA President Dr. Douglas Kratt will install officers of the incoming Executive Committee. Appetizers and beverages will be served.

TVMA Roaring ‘20s President’s Celebration/TVMF Auction Fundraiser
8 p.m. to 12 a.m.
We’ll put on the Ritz for this roaring ‘20s gathering in honor of incoming president Dr. Steven Golla. For the first time ever, all conference registrants will receive a complimentary ticket to this event. As we step back in time, you will be entertained by invigorating live music as well as a speakeasy-style bar, vintage car photo corner, mini-casino area and much, much more! Delicious appetizers and adult beverages will be served along with great prize giveaways for participating in the evening’s activities, best costume contest and showing off your crazy dance moves.
Attire: Flapper, gangster, silent movie star or suffragette
Cost: Complimentary to conference registrants, $30 per additional guest

Get into the spirit of bidding at this year’s silent auction benefiting TVMF, which will begin accepting bids on Saturday, March 6, at 6:30 p.m. during the President’s Celebration. TVMF’s silent auction promises to be filled with spirited and generous bidders circling over great items such as hotel stays, veterinary supplies, artwork, jewelry and much, much more. The TVMA Annual Conference and Expo will take place as planned with social distancing measures, hand-sanitizing stations and masks required within the hall. This part of the conference holds real value to you as an attendee as the scope of products and services has increased with great deals and show specials. Access to the exhibit hall for registered attendees and their guests is by conference name badge only. Coffee, water, soda and light snacks will be available in the exhibit area during designated times throughout the course of the conference. A prepaid box lunch will be served on Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
