WANTED: MODERATORS, REGISTRATION DESK HELPERS, TICKET TAKERS, BADGE MONITORS

Interested participants can earn $50 per time slot. CE programs will be held in the convention center section of the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Marcos. Moderator responsibilities include: monitoring room capacity, confirming AV equipment needed is in the lecture room, contacting AV technicians if problems occur, adjusting lighting and notifying hotel engineers to adjust room temperature along with making announcements and introducing speakers at the beginning of the session. If you are interested in earning some extra money by serving as a moderator, registration helper, box lunch ticket taker, badge monitor, etc.

Assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on February 10, 2020. Checks will be sent to volunteers who complete their assignments following the conference.
